Returns & Refunds Policy – Muse & Mode

We take pride in delivering high-quality pieces. As our products are fulfilled through a global supplier network, our returns process differs slightly from traditional retail.

Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund (including shipping)

In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be approved in advance by our team

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which may be international

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A restocking/processing fee may apply

  • Returns sent without approval may not be accepted

Due to international fulfilment, return addresses vary and are often located overseas.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Refunds
Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected, or once your claim has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed quickly and cannot be changed.
